Central Alabama Market Update

We're back again with another market update! We decided to take a look back at what all has happened this year. So far, this year, there have been 3,966 homes sold! WOW.

Below are some charts that detail out the numbers for homes sold, sales prices, days on the market, and more for January-August.

Currently, we have about one and a half month's worth of inventory! This is still historically low, and indicates that we are still very much in a seller's market.

However, because of rising interest rates in relation to rising home prices, we seem to be on the verge of a changing market. There is not a better time than now to buy or sell!
